You can return the product you purchased under the following conditions:

• The return request must be notified to us within 14 days after you receive the product.

• The product must be unused, in resalable condition, and must be sent with its original packaging, labels, and all accessories .

• Returns are not accepted for personalized, disposable, hygienic or perishable products (e.g. special design, food, underwear, etc.).

• The shipping costs for the products to be returned are covered by the customer . (If the product is defective/wrongly sent, this fee will be covered by our company.)

• The returned product will be examined within 2 business days after it reaches our company.

• For products that are approved to meet the return conditions, the payment will be refunded to the customer within 7 business days using the same payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

• For products purchased through campaigns or discounts, only the amount paid will be refunded.

• Refunds for purchases made with gift certificates, promotional codes or points are processed in the same way.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom designed/produced products

• Products that are not suitable for return due to hygienic reasons

• Used, damaged or no longer resalable products

• Overdue refund requests (after 14 days)
